Mask Ordinance Passed

On January 5, 2021 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic the Hoyt City Council has enacted an ordinance requiring masks within the city limits. This ordinance goes in to effect when it is published in the official newspaper, the Holton Recorder, on January 13, 2021
